Fit Over Fat: Fitness
I can tell you that I am at least 40 minutes to spend before going for a run, myself I have to do it, I can not, it is not accidental to be honest . If I feel confident enough to open the door and I hedge at the hem and the weather, I still remind myself of the first five minutes of running that is running out soon. I’m already almost my whole life, and yet, the first five minutes of running always, always happens.
But finally stop pain, and I see the world around me, opens perspectives for the entire field, the Wildlife (other runners, cyclists, dog walkers, and dangerous wildlife all people in their cars!) Seems to “weather” in my skin, usually it rains only once a blue sky, we have sun, joy to run and keep running mile after mile. When I first started running, I could barely do 50 meters without crashing, requires first aid and CPR (mouth to mouth of the Darling). Running, if you stick with it, quickly reward you with a lot of progress, you can do within a short time. When you first mile felt by full-page ad in the local newspaper, stating the birth of the super athlete the world! (Whatever you do, do not, people will point and laugh when they see you the next time the city). When the first 3k, 5k and half marathon, you will gaze at you, then you can really feel and talent to perform. However, if you start worrying about the time, heart rate, speed, miles per hour, etc, etc, you can never be satisfied with your performance. I think all that Malarkey to be incredibly boring, but some people have to constantly challenge themselves and thus to prove. I just want to ride on the other hand, staying fit, a long life. Andget FIT, you will find step bounce, loose pounds of body fat, develop a long skinny legs and find a great bounce on the bottom. Life always compensate for the pain (somehow).
